Warranty

The goal of Manea Guitars is to provide you with the highest quality
products made from the finest materials and components. To better
serve your needs, starting on January 1, 2012 all products produced by
Manea Guitars are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the
original buyer or original recipient when given as a gift. Transfer of
ownership is allowed only within the first 90 days.

What is covered: All parts defective in material and workmanship.

What is not covered: Defects resulting from improper or unreasonable
use or maintenance, accidents, alterations or modifications, natural
cracking of wood (instruments) and normal wear and tear.

The maximum liability of Manea Guitars shall not exceed the actual
purchase price paid for the product. Proof of purchase must be
provided.

If the purchase is made from Manea Guitars you must contact us
prior to returning the product(s). If the purchase was made from a
dealer/store you must contact them first.

Manea Guitars holds the right to refuse unauthorized returns.

The Owner (Buyer) is responsible for shipping and handling
(To and From) of the returned product(s).

No exceptions.
No other agreement applies.
